GreenChem announced in September 2008 that it had signed a
joint-venture agreement with Czech nitrogen supplier Agrofert.
Under the terms of the joint-venture, AdBlue produced by Agrofert's
subsidiary Duslo will be marketed and distributed by a newly
established GreenChem company known as GreenChem CZ s.r.o. The
Duslo plant, based in Slovakia, will exclusively produce AdBlue for
supply to commercial vehicle operators and dealerships in three
East European countries: the Czech Republic, Slovakia and
Hungary.
