Emitec GmbH has acquired Grundfos NoNOx, the Danish manufacturer of metering equipment for SCR systems. The agreement which was made earlier this month will see Emitec take control of Grundfos NoNOx facilities in Denmark and France, and goes hand in hand with the compact SCR-technology solutions currently offered by Emitec.
Grundfos NoNOx, a subsidiary of industrial pump manufacturer, Grundfos, has eight years experience in the production of metering systems for SCR technology, and a client base which includes manufacturers of commercial vehicles.
Managing Director of Grundfos NoNOx, Jens Lübeck Johansen, said: "Emitec has facilities and competencies which will mean immediate advantages to us."
