Total, one of the UK's leading service station network operators has contracted distribution and logistics specialists Maxi Haulage to ensure the supply of AdBlue across its retail network. The contract covers Total's AdBlue pump infrastructure throughout the country.
Bulk quantities of AdBlue will be delivered on custom built vehicles for easy transfer of the solution into on-site tanks. This strategic change in Total's supply chain reflects the increase in number of pumps at the forecourt and efforts to move away from less convenient methods of AdBlue re-fuelling. Over the last year Total has installed five AdBlue pumps at its service stations. Total will continue to employ its existing supply methods for packaged AdBlue supply.
