The European Commission has confirmed reports that the Euro VI technical legislation has been held up until at least mid-July, when the regulatory committee will reconvene. The Commission would not specify what aspects were delaying the completion of the legislations technical aspects, but said that these delays mean that the final document will not ready for use in type-approvals until the middle of 2011.
