Zaklady Chemiczne Police increase production capacity

Polish AdBlue manufacturer Police has increased the capacity of its production facility in west Poland from 50k to 70k tonnes per year in response to rapidly growing demand for the product.

Michal Kosobucki, Sales Manager of the Chemicals Department at Zaklady Chemiczne Police, told FindAdBlue.com: "The AdBlue market is still quite new to us and we have to think about the future. At the moment our production capacity is not big enough to satisfy demand. We are still growing and we see the potential."

Kosobucki added further internal investments would be made to increase production capacity to 120k tonnes in the next two to three years.

Police obtained a VDA licence in May and began selling urea solution under the brand name of AdBlue, rather than DISTARPOL which it had used previously.
