UK-based AdBlue manufacturer Tennants Distribution has increased the capacity of its plant in North Wales by 50% to 60,000 tonnes per year.
Tim Griffiths, AdBlue Manager at Tennants, told FindAdBlue.com;"We took out one of the bottle necks in production by increasing storage at the site. We test every batch of AdBlue that we produce to guarantee quality and therefore one of the main limiting factors was the turnaround time of the external labs we use, as AdBlue is not released until the test results come back."
Griffiths added the company has installed an additional new storage tank and increased the size of a second, and was now capable of increasing the number of production shifts. Tennants sells AdBlue under the Greenox brand name.
