GreenChem is in the last stages of its restructuring process and is now in 100% ownership of Agrofert Holding, after transactions with minority shareholders were finalised.
GreenChem operates with some new salespeople in some of their European countries and with a much stronger customer focus and quality, according to a statement from the company.
In November 2011, GreenChem received the ISO 9001:2008 certification and is also preparing the next step ISO 14001.
Heico von Broich, GreenChem's Managing Director, said: "The last months were very hard to establish all new projects parallel to our fast growing business in Europe and outside of Europe. GreenChem is prepared for the future and GreenChem people are very motivated."
