Chemical distributor Brenntag's Chief Operating Officer Steven Holland has been appointed to a new role as Chief Executive Officer, to take effect on the 22 June 2011. Brenntag delivers Yara's Air1-branded AdBlue in specific European countries.
Steven Holland joined Brenntag in 2006 following the acquisition of Albion Chemical Distribution Group where he had been CEO for the previous eight years. Stephen Clark, Brenntag's current Chief Executive Officer, has been proposed for election to the Supervisory Board at Brenntag's General Shareholders' Meeting on 22 June 2011.
William Fidler, North American President and Cheif Executive Officer, will join the Management Board of Brenntag with immediate effect. His Board responsibilities will include Brenntag's North and Latin American business.
