Yara is to restart production at its urea plant in Ferrara, Italy, following improved urea market conditions. The plant was idled in November 2008 in response to weakening urea demand and a collapse in prices. Yara has also announced that the new AdBlue production unit in the plant should be running from March 2009 and will increase capacity to over 500million litres per year.
